Description

The kit is used for the selection of PBMCs from whole blood or buffy coat in conjunction with the FABian™ system.
It includes CD81 Fab-Strep (human), the Cell Isolation Column, Cell Isolation Buffer, Biotin for Cell Elution and tubes and a luer lock adapter with the syringe.
Each kit is sufficient for one FABian™ run to isolate cells from 9mL whole blood.
