Description
- The units cover the temperature range from ambient 5°C to 100°C or 200°C (depending on model) using machined aluminium alloy blocks as the heat transfer medium.
- Independent indicator lights indicate mains power, heater action and over-temperature cut-out. An ON/OFF switch is mounted on the rear panel, together with the mains connector and a double fuse holder.
- Temperature setting is a simple push button display. Temperatures can be displayed in °C or °F.
- Built-in count-down timer can be set in 1 minute intervals to 99h 59m.
- Constructed of painted aluminium alloy and polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) plastic, which is strong yet lightweight and can resist sustained temperatures as high as 260°C.
- Even though the units heat up rapidly, venting and highly efficient insulation ensure that the cases remain cool enough to handle even at maximum operating temperatures.
- Each unit is supplied with an extraction tool for easy removal of the insert blocks.
