Description
Corning Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF), mouse natural (receptor grade),500μg, is a low-molecular-weight mitogenic protein that stimulates proliferation of a wide variety of cell types in vitro.- Formulation: lyophilised from ammonium acetate, carrier-free; reconstitute in dH2O
- Stable for at least three months at 2° to 8°C (lyophilised) or one month solubilised at -20°C
- Do not store in frost-free freezer. Avoid multiple freeze/thaws.
- Purity greater than 98% by SDS-PAGE and pH 9.9 PAGE
- Tested for ability to stimulate proliferation of human foreskin fibroblasts in serum-containing medium
