Custom TaqMan™ probes are dual-labeled primers suitable for use in any real-time PCR applicaton. They incorporate a 5' reporter dye and a 3' nonfluorescent quencher/Minor Groove Binder (MGB). Choose among FAM™, VIC™, TET™, and NED™ as reporters. Probes are HPLC-purified.
