- Equal parts blend of DMEM and Ham's F12 media
- Formulation combines high concentration of glucose, amino acids and vitamins from DMEM with wide variety of other components available in Ham's F-12
- Contains 17.5 mmol/L Glucose
- Concentration: 2.5mM L-Glutamine and 15mM HEPES
- Available with or without L-Glutamine, Phenol Red or HEPES
