Description

The KILR™ Retroparticles for Adherent Cells (Hygromycin B) are MMLV particles designed to transduce adherent cells. This allows production of PL-tagged, hygromycin B-resistant target cells of interest for use in cytotoxicity assays involving detection of cell lysis. This product uses EFC technology. The retroparticle mix can be used to transduce target cells with a PL-tagged housekeeping gene. Target cell death in a cytotoxicity assay will release PL to the media, where EA contained in the detection reagent will produce EFC signal. These retroparticles ship as 4 vials of cryopreserved retroparticles.
