Mouse Anti - Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein is used in immunohistochemistry. It is designed for the specific and qualitative localization of GFAP in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections.

This antibody stains glial cells (Bergmann glia) and astrocytes. It has been tested for immunohistochemistry in human, pig, and rat. It is also suitable for microarray.
