Description

Inhibits pacemaker (If) current

ZD 7288 is a sino-atrial node function modulator; blocks the hyperpolarization activated cation current If (HCN channel). Blocks Ih in central neurons. Increases NMDA-evoked noradrenaline release in rat brain in vitro.
