Description
The SPHERO™ Daily QC Particles for BD FACSArray™ are useful for daily testing of BD FACSArray bioanalyzer to confirm consistent instrument performance and have been tested on the BD FACSArray for this purpose. The %CV of rainbow calibration particles (Peak 8) should always be ≤7% in all fluorescent parameters.
- Each particle contains mixture of fluorophores
- Excitation wavelength range: 365 - 650nm
- Storage buffer: Aqueous solution containing 0.01%NP40 and ≤0.02% sodium azide
- Rainbow calibration particle: Peak 8 (Bright)
- Rainbow calibration particle: Peak 4 (Dim)
- Blank calibration particle: Peak 1 (Negative)
