Description

The PrecisION™ hASIC3 Recombinant Stable Cell Line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying ASIC3 ion channels, including drug candidates which affect channel function. This cell line enables assessment of ion channel function via detection of electrophysiological signals. The included cell line overexpresses ASIC3 ion channels. Upon ligand/agonist induced channel activation, response can be detected via automated or manual electrophysiological techniques. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells.
